Resolved - Emails are a new time operational.
All emails that were stuck in the queue will be send in the next few minute.

Update - One service is sending too much email due to bad configuration. Changes has been done.
On top of that a hot fix is running now to solve the issue

Identified - Because we excedeed the total amount of email per 24 hours we are not able to send email for now.
We are requesting our email provider to increase this amount
